Dulce Vegan is not a conventional bakery — we do not bake, and we do not use conventional ingredients. Every product is made using the raw food method: no heat, no baking, no processing above 42°C. Ingredients are blended, layered, and set in their natural state, preserving the enzymes and nutrients that cooking destroys.

Where is the vegan bakery located in Tenerife?
We are based at C. Suiza, 66, Apt. 2A, 38660 Costa Adeje. We are a home-based studio — not a walk-in shop. Please pre-order at least 24 hours in advance before visiting for collection.
Do you make anything other than cakes?
Our main product is raw vegan cakes. We have also made raw vegan chocolates and other desserts for specific requests. Contact us via WhatsApp if you are looking for something specific and we will let you know what is possible.
Why does the cake need to defrost before eating?
Raw vegan cakes are frozen to preserve freshness and structure — without the preservatives of conventional baking, freezing is how we keep them fresh until delivery. Allow 2–3 hours in the refrigerator or 30–60 minutes at room temperature before serving. The full flavour and creaminess only emerges when the cake is properly defrosted.
